What is Duel Day?

Welcome to Denver Duel Day, an exciting race that challenges both endurance and strength. Starting and finishing at McGregor Square in Denver, this unique event combines running with fitness in an unpredictable way.

Athletes will race from McGregor Square to three local gyms, where they'll face a designated workout at each stop. There are no set routes—athletes must navigate on their own, relying on city knowledge and instincts. After completing each gym's workout (10 min time cap), they’ll head to the next gym of their choosing.

This challenge tests all aspects of fitness, from strength to endurance and agility. After conquering the final gym's workout, athletes will race back to McGregor Square to finish strong.

Denver Duel Day is about more than speed—it's a true test of resilience, strategy, and mental toughness. Ready for the ultimate endurance and strength challenge? Your adventure starts at McGregor Square!
